Can I amend the delivery option for my order?

Currently we only offer the Standard Delivery for option for customers.

  • If orders are below £10, the standard delivery charge is £1.50.
It may take between 2-8 working days for your order to be delivered, however most of the orders/products will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. 

If however if you need to have the items at an earlier or specific date, please contact us and we will see if we can try to send it at the specific date.

Can I amend my order?

Most of the time, once an order has been placed or dispatched, we are not able to change it.

However please still contact us as soon as possible if you would like to amend your order and we will see what we can do for you.

I have entered the incorrect shipping address, can this be changed?

Once an order has been placed, or dispatched we are not able to change the address.

However most items are sent after 24-72 hours which means if you contact us before the items are dispatched we may be able to change it. We will try to cancel your order, so that you can place a new order with the correct details or you will have to write to us in e-mail which address you would like us to send it to, bearing in mind if the items have not been dispatched.

How do i search for a specific product

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders over £10 unless stated otherwise due to promotions or offers.

If the order is below £10 the standard delivery charge is £1.50.

I haven't received all of the products in my order, why is this?

Mostly orders  are sent in 1 package, however sometimes depending on the order
we’ll need to send out your items in more than 1 parcel/box.
This therefore means there is a possibility the items will arrive on the same day or on another day at different times.

I recieved a damaged or incorrect item, what should i do?

 if you would like to have a refund or exchange. Please state your order number and let us know the reason for exhange or refund.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please refer to our exchange or refund section on our website.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving items.

Please note that you must pay for the return postage fee and you must have proof of receipt for the items you send as a refund or exchange will not be processed without proof of receipt.

Therefore please make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

When do out of stock items come back in stock?

Products will come back in stock normally in 2-3 weeks, however if it is seasonal products and or only ordered due to  a specific time period, they are less likely to come back in stock.

What happens when i place an order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Sarina’s boutique with the order number.

You will also receive a separate payment e-mail as well.

Please also check your spam/junk mail as well as the e-mail might have got there by mistake.



Some of my order was cancelled, why is this?

This is really rare, however sometimes part of your order maybe cancelled as there may not be enough stock for some items.

if this does happen on a rare occasion, we will e-mail you and will issue a refund.

Currently we are only accepting paypal payments.

However if you would like to use another payment method, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Where can I get my parcel delivered?

Currently we only deliver to the UK.

what is the exchange or refund process?

Please refer to our exchanges and refund section on our website.

we are more than happy to refund or exchange any products, however products must be returned within 14 days upon delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving items.
